How it works
Enter equal-distance splits, separately or cumulatively. Compare against your goal time and selected plan. Positive differences mean slower than target. For an odd number of splits, the middle split is divided equally between halves. No elite score is inferred; custom weights use your own reference.
Enter equal-distance checkpoints
Choose the distance per split and whether your records are individual segment times or cumulative stopwatch readings. Enter at least two times, separated by spaces, commas or new lines. Cumulative readings must increase. Add a target finish time and choose an even, negative or custom comparison pattern.
Example: four 50 m splits
Individual times of 0:40, 0:43, 0:45 and 0:42 total 2:50. Their cumulative equivalents are 0:40, 1:23, 2:08 and 2:50. Against an even 2:48 target, each planned segment is 42 seconds, giving differences of −2, +1, +3 and 0 seconds. The first half takes 1:23 and the second 1:27.
Use differences to review pacing
A positive difference means a segment took longer than its target; a negative difference means it was quicker. Look at the pattern alongside the total instead of judging one split alone. All segments are assumed to cover the same distance. With an odd number of segments, the midpoint calculation divides the middle segment time equally; it is an estimate rather than a separately measured halfway checkpoint.
